Inspired by a short story about the city of "Fedora" from Italo Calvino's imaginative novella "Invisible Cities," this project proposes a conceptual design of the city's layout and the main building structure within the city.

Fedora, as interpreted, follows a gridded and centralized organization pattern in which the orthogonal city streets contrast with the stacking curves of the central building. The quote, "Fedora was no longer the same a before," inspires the obvious sense of movement and change of the fragmented city plan and the stacked cylindrical shape of the building.
